Coast to Cactus has shuttled wedding parties across El Chorro, The Wright House, The Paseo, Sanctuary Camelback, and every major Phoenix and Scottsdale venue. We arrive 15 minutes before our hit time, in pressed black-on-black uniform, with chilled champagne already poured.
We coordinate directly with your planner. Send us the timeline — we'll build the route, confirm the loading zones with the venue coordinator, and run a dry-run drive of the ceremony-to-reception leg the week of. If the photographer needs an extra 10 minutes for first-look shots, we hold. If Aunt Linda needs an early ride to the hotel, we handle it.

How early do we need to book?+
Peak season (Oct–May Saturdays) sells out 6–9 months ahead. Reserve early; you only need a 25% refundable deposit to hold the date.
Can you do a hotel guest shuttle?+
Yes — we run continuous loops between the hotel and venue for up to 20 guests per trip. Most weddings need 2–3 loops to move 60 guests.
What's the on-time guarantee?+
If we arrive more than 5 minutes after the agreed pickup time for the ceremony leg, that hour is free. We've never had to invoke it — but it's in writing.
Do you coordinate with our planner?+
Absolutely. Connect us with your planner at booking and we'll handle timeline, loading zones, and any venue-specific rules directly.
Is the bus appropriate for older guests?+
Yes. Low entry step, handrail, pre-cooled cabin, and water service. We've shuttled grandparents from 6 to 96 without complaint.
