Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Coast to Cactus Party Bus website (the "Site") or booking any of our transportation services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Who We Are

Coast to Cactus Party Bus ("we," "us," "our") is a licensed motor carrier providing party-bus and luxury group transportation in Arizona and Southern California.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. All passengers consuming alcohol on board must be 21 or older and able to provide valid government-issued photo ID upon request.

4. Bookings & Payment

  • A 25% refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve your date.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.
  • A 20% driver gratuity is added to all quotes.
  • Quoted totals do not include applicable damage fees, overtime, or extraordinary cleaning fees, which may be charged after the trip.

6. Conduct & Safety

  • The chauffeur has full authority over the safe operation of the vehicle and may refuse service or terminate a trip without refund if passengers behave unsafely or unlawfully.
  • Standing while the vehicle is in motion, hanging out of windows, and tampering with emergency equipment is prohibited.
  • Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited on board.
  • BYOB is permitted only when every passenger is 21+. We do not sell alcohol.

7. Damage & Cleaning

Normal wear, light trash, and incidental spills are included in your rate. Excessive cleaning (vomit, broken glass, smoking) is billed at a flat $250 cleaning fee. Damage to vehicle equipment is billed at repair or replacement cost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coast to Cactus Party Bus is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coast to Cactus Party Bus, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your or your guests' use of the Services, including injuries or property damage caused by passenger conduct.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, copy, photography, video) is owned by Coast to Cactus Party Bus and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
